Each recording is fifteen minutes long, complete with affirmation and was originally recorded on long-playing hi-fidelity vinyl records at 45 RPM. Please note that due to the quality of the records in the 50’s which is when these were recorded some of the sound quality may not be super and there may be some distortion or crackling. We have done a pretty good job of cleaning up the recordings to put them on CD’s for your listening and learning pleasure at home or on the go. Each CD is 15 minutes long.
